Fun ways to add learning:
Count the number of steps or track distance. Create a chart for your family and see how far you walk between now and Earth Day (22nd) or the SP Earth Day Festival date (25th). Add totals each day – individual and family walks. Let each person guess what the grand total will be. Who will win? Walking is great exercise – both physically and mentally, especially in our current conditions. And being in nature increases our appreciation for it and commitment to it!
