Welcome to Day 1 of the GNG Earth Day Festival Month! It’s no joke - the Earth Day Festival is all month long! This may be a virtual Festival, but our commitment to the well-being of our community and planet is as real as ever.

DAILY DIVES

Each day you will hear from partners, area students, businesses, and organizations who share this commitment. They will tell us about their impact and invite you to continue to grow in your interest and action. As always, there’s something for everyone at the Earth Day Festival! SUSTAINABLE SATURDAY This Saturday, April 3 Festival organizers and friends will be out picking up trash along roads and creeks in Severna Park. Join us!

1. Invite your family or friends or go alone. Find a SAFE spot near home, work or wherever you see a mess-o-trash.
2. Grab your mask, a pair of gloves and a trash bag. Devote a few minutes, an hour or more - whatever works for you. No matter what, it makes a difference.
3. Take pictures before and after to show us the difference you've made. Share your pictures on social media, and use these hashtags: #EarthDayFestival2021 and #GNGEarthDay or send photos to contact@goodneighborsgroup.org.
