How to Make Kindness Rocks

The nature of Sundays is inspiring in such a thoughtful, family way. With this idea in mind, we invite you to spread that feeling - after all, kindness rocks! This was a big hit with Festival participants in the past, including last year’s virtual event. We thought we would share again.

In this time of public distancing, we can still connect. Taking this action is nice for others and it also boosts your own health. Take a walk to find rocks and when your rocks are done, you will need to take a walk to place them! Learn how to make Kindness Rocks here.

Discussion/Lessons: Parts of speech! How do you think of this -Kindness as an adjective or a noun? What about rocks – a noun or an adverb? It’s how you say it; how you look at it – things can change! And how will people look at it when they find your creation?! How will you look at today and what will you do with it? We hope it rocks and that you experience kindness. When we think of improving our environment during Earth Month, there’s really no better way!
