Severna Park Earth Day Festival 2020

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Festival. Please fill out this form and the Hold Harmless Agreement. When we have received those and reviewed your application, we will follow up with payment instructions if appropriate. Once payment has been received, please check your email for notification that your registration is complete.

Note: Set up time for the Festival is 9am. It is important all set-up be completed by 10:00am when the event opens to the public.

In order to cover the expenses associated with hosting the Earth Day Festival, we request a fee as follows:

• $25 for commercial entities
• $10 for students selling goods for profit
• Non-profit entities are free of charge

We value your partnership. The opportunity for you to raise funds and awareness for your organization is important to us. Please help us by sharing your participation in the event on social media and wherever you promote your organization.
