PLUS: Listen to All Things Considered for an interview with Laura Sullivan previewing the documentary Discussion: How can you reduce plastic use? Activity for young students: count plastic that your family uses/recycles; advance this with creating graph or excel spreadsheet; calculate what this means in a month – and then consider houses on your street, etc.
