DESCRIPTION:Join us as we honor Ann Jackson’s legacy by working on a project at a school in Annapolis\, MD. \nThe Chesapeake Ecology Center Native Plant Demonstration Gardens & Groves project started in 2003. It was designed and implemented under the leadership of Zora Lathan\, founder of the Chesapeake Ecology Center (CEC). The project was installed with significant involvement from students\, local environmental organizations including WSA\, and community members. DESCRIPTION:Local nonprofit Annapolis Green\, in partnership with the Electric Vehicle Association of Greater Washington DC (EVADC) will present Kick Gas! in Annapolis\, a Drive Electric Earth Day EV Showcase in Historic Annapolis\, Maryland\, on Earth Day\, April 22\, from 3 to 6pm. \nWe expect 50 to 60 vehicles\, from cars to pickup trucks to electric motorcycles and e-bicycles. The vehicles will be brought by their enthusiastic owners who are happy to discuss their EV driving experience with the public.
